Why don't they know about it ?
Because any or more of the three: they weren't shown or taught, or they haven't figured it out for themselves yet.
From the years of 2000 to present-day it seems that a new interest in this kind of Mathematics has sparked. I have seen several videos on the Internet where people are either fraudulently attempting these things or are using some kind of Mathematics Table. I decided to write this Web Application, Free Book and other resources and give it out to the public for free so as to demystify some of it as well as to show everyone who the fraudsters are since they have already put their videos on the Internet or have been recorded and have thus proved themselves as frauds and liars to everyone who has seen them. At this point in time I can compete with the world's foremost Lightning Mental Calculators who are already known. The world's foremost Lightning Mental Calculators are people such as Rüdiger Gamm and Gert Mittring. I was very fortunate to have been taught by an expert and very gifted Mathematician in my early 20s.
Where am I From ?
I was born and raised in Southern California I am from Southern California. I grew up in Southern California and I am a Multi-Generational Californian.
Where Was I Educated ?
I dropped out of the 6th Grade in Private School. Private School did not have an actual grade number in it, but 6th grade would be the equivalent. Upon dropping out I was then forced to attend a Public School which would have been the equivalent of 7th grade and from there I dropped out of that and I left permanently. I was subsequently passed grade numbers without attending them until Public High School grade number level where I attended 2 classes there for approximately 4 months and after that I dropped out of it and I left permanently at the age of 14.
I was not given or conferred any Public Education System Diploma nor any U.S. State Issued or U.S. Government Issued Diploma or Credentials. If any Academic Degree or if any Academic Diploma from the U.S. Government or from any U.S. State were offered to me I would reject it because I take pride in self-learning and I personally think the Public Education System is fraudulent. This does not mean that the reader should do such things and I do not advocate that the reader does this.
I was later privately educated for free by a Doctor of Philosophy: Mathematics and of History as well as by a highly educated Priest and 2 Nuns of the Roman Catholic Church. I learned Mathematics, Sciences, History and Archaeology, Ancestral Research, Catholic Philosophies and other kinds of Philosophies, Classics, Geography and I am mostly self-taught in Computer Sciences and Mathematics.
Elected For Ad Honorem Degrees
In ~2016 and in ~2018 I was elected by a Private University Institution to receieve an Ad Honorem Degree also known as an Honorary Degree for: Honoris Causa, Masters in Mathematics and Honoris Causa, Masters in History.
Usually a Doctorate in Mathematics is actually a Doctorate in Philosophy. This means that I will be conferred a Masters Degree in Mathematics for: The Cause of Honor and I will also be conferred a Masters Degree in History for: The Cause of Honor. This does not mean that I am a teacher because I am not a teacher and I never will be. This also does not mean that I have a credential to teach because I do not have a credential to teach. This simply means that I am being conferred an Honorary Masters Degree in Mathematics and an Honorary Masters Degree in History because I gave Publicly Known Mathematics something very useful: a ~6,000 page book of Mathematics that I wrote myself based on my own original research as well as my own creativity. This book contains hundreds of Mathematical Algorithms and Mathematical Methodologies that are not known to Publicly Known Mathematics and these Mathematical Algorithms can be Universally Applied across all of Mathematics whereas books that could be considered similar to my book to those who are not knowledgeable about these things are just a "Bag-of-Tricks".
The Mathematical Algorithms and the Mathematical Methodologies that I have collected and many of these that I have devised myself have been greatly simplified in my work so as to express how it is done to the reader. I am capable and I can demonstrate how I can do what I can do to anyone at any point-in-time anywhere whereas very few to no one else in the world can. Just one of my Mathematics Articles can disprove tens to hundreds of other Algorithms and Methodologies that are publicly known and documented such as Mathematical Articles that are in official Academic Journal Storage and official Mathematical Publications. Two of my Mathematical-Memory Academic Articles can disprove tens to hundreds of Psychological Articles that are in official Academic Journal Storage as well as in publications world wide.
His Great Grandmother Georgia Hiawatha Rolufs-Jennings nearly attained a Doctoral Degree in Medicine. He will be the first in his family to be conferred the Degree for Ad Honorem.

I do not have Savant Syndrome and I believe that Lightning Mental Calculating is probably mostly psychological meaning that anyone is capable of doing it with practice.
